Our carriers, APC, have just alerted us to problems they have experienced with their new software and labelling system, so that some items have arrived at the wrong depots.
This means that some of our Next Day delivery items may not arrive by the expected time, as there will be additional time required to route them to the correct depots prior to them being loaded onto local delivery vans.
If you have a delayed item please first check the tracking information using the tracking data that was sent on your despatch notification email, as this should be updated with all the relevant details.
Please note that this will not apply to any packages despatched today as APC are now aware and have fixed the problem.
