Firstly, we wanted to say a HUGE “thank you” for your business during the many lockdowns. Your orders, big and small, were very much appreciated and certainly kept us extremely busy.
We also wanted to apologise that customer service suffered a little during this time, as we focussed our efforts on getting your orders out, sometimes with just one team member, as we juggled isolations, home schooling and the lot! Looking forward, and with a new member soon joining the team, we will implement live chat, alongside telephone sales and technical support.
As the season draws to a close, we have decided to operate on a 4 day week basis until Christmas. This means that orders will be shipped Monday to Thursday only.
There will be no order collection, customer service or technical help on Fridays. Orders placed from late Thursday (12 noon cut-off time) to Sunday will be despatched on Monday.
