During this latest lockdown we are remaining open and orders are being despatched daily, Monday to Friday, although parcels to Europe are currently unavailable as Parcelforce has temporarily suspended service.
The majority of website listed items remain in stock for immediate despatch, but where items are not in stock, there may be some delays in processing orders as some of our suppliers are operating reduced staffing levels, and some have been affected by freight delays at Dover.
Telephone customer services will be limited as we are also operating reduced staffing, so your best method of contact is via email using the contact details on the website.
Our warehouse is not open for ‘browsers’ although we are offering a collect in person option for pre-ordered items. You must place and pay for your order via the website, we cannot accept any cash nor process payments at this time.
